Let me ask you as question? Do you enjoy going on a diet and creating a strict diet menu plan?

I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t! The very word “diet” literally makes my mouth start to water as I think about all of the foods that I “can’t” have!

But the bottom line is that every year millions of people decide to do just that. The first thing that most people vow to do is go on a strict diet in order to lose that weight and they create impossible diet menu plans to follow.

These days, it’s hard not to feel like you need to lose weight because everywhere you turn, some news media outlet is spouting weight loss tips and tricks. The problem with diets is that they don’t work. Typically speaking, most diet menu plans quickly cut all junk food and sodas out. All of the “bad” food is pulled out of the fridge, the freezer and the pantry and thrown away. Then the exercising starts and most people pray for a quick and painless weight loss.

The problem is that once you eliminate everything from your diet menu plan that you love and add foods that you don’t normally eat on a consistent basis, you begin to feel deprived. Then the cravings start and it’s only a matter of time before you are doomed to falling off the diet wagon. Then you start to eat all the “bad” foods again, the weight piles back on and you feel bad about yourself! It is a vicious cycle.

Let’s face it, dieting is bad no matter how you look at it and we all just need to sop dieting. You have to come up with a diet menu plan that you can live with and that doesn’t make too many changes all at once. Any diet plan menu that severely restricts what you can and cannot eat will not work in the long run. Many times the foods you limit yourself to will not fill you up and you are hungry all the time too. This is just a recipe for disaster.

The best way to lose weight is to come up with

You have to do what works for you and set yourself up for success. Sitting down and designing a diet menu plan that is healthy BUT flexible is one of the keys to losing weight and keeping it off. CLICK HERE to grab a healthy menu plan and free recipes as well as more information.

You may think that menu planning is too much trouble and that it is not worth it. You may be right. After all eating fast-food 3 or more times a week is very healthy for you and your family. Not. You also most likely have all of the time in the world to figure out what you can throw together for a meal at dinner time. Yea right. You have money to throw away and do not mind spending an extra $100 0r $200 a week eating out since you do not really enjoy nice meal at home with your family anyway.

Well if none of the above is true of you then planning your menus ahead of time may be just what you need. Saving you time and money are just some of the benefits of thinking ahead. Let’s look at some more.

Saves Time

Menu planning saves time in a couple of different ways. One is in the grocery shopping. Since you have a list, you will know exactly what you will need for the week. This makes shopping quicker and less stressful. You can also end those extra trips to the grocery store which can take up another 45 minutes or more of your time. This is that could be better spent as family time.

In addition, since you know what you will be fixing for dinner and have all of the ingredients you will be able to get dinner on the table quicker. No more stopping at the store on the way home from work.

Saves Money

Much like the time saving aspect, you can also save money with planned meals. Think about the food that has gone to waste because you never got around to preparing it. Or the extra food spoiling the refrigerator. Even shopping less will help you cut down on your grocery bill.

Eating Healthier

As mockingly stated earlier, eating fast-food is the most health choice for you and your family. Neither is that pizza, whether delivery or out of the freezer. Even with the best intentions throwing together a healthy meal is unlikely if you do not have already have a plan. It is just too easy make that phone call for an extra large pizza with all the toppings.

In conclusion, menu planning has many benefits and is can be easy to accomplish. After a little working out your weekly menu and doing a shopping you will be ready for the whole week. But if you still want a little more help go to Menu Planning Central for more help.

In our daily lives, there are so many fat lose programs sold everywhere. During so many programs, how can we know which is the right one for us, frankly speaking, at first, I doubt it as well. I have to think of the following questions：

1． Who is Isabel De Los Rios? Have you known this person?

With this doubts, I begin to seek for relative information about the author Isabel De Los Rios. Actually, Isabel De Los Rios is a certified exercise and nutrition specialist, who have 10 years experience in helping the men troubled by overweight problems. In the past, she has the obesity problems as well, but after years effort, she overcome them and collects colorful information and resources. With her rich experience and great knowledge in this field, she develops The Diet Solution Program.

2. What is The Diet Solution Program Like?

The program is a step-by-step system. It is special because it makes use of the concepts that has been compiled by author in years of study. And if you have taken the program, you’ll find it is strange because you can’t find any nutrition in this guide except a whole list of theories. In the program, you will get some actions and you can apply them consistently for your weight loss plans, which has been adopted by the author herself.

3. My experience and thoughts after using The Diet Solution Program

It is a good program different from I use before. It will make you weight lose plan successfully and never make your diet crash. The Program will teach you how to develop a good way of eating and living. It will reduce your body fat gradually and persistently. What surprises us most is that it has nothing extreme. Only a few weeks later, you can see the result and have a fascinating figure. Grab A Copy Click here

Type II diabetes is spreading like plaque. It is specifically becoming more common in modern societies. There are many contributing factors that aggravate the disease. The most major among them are unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise. Hereditary also plays its part. However, most people are unaware that disease can be controlled by sticking to the properly planned diabetes type II menus.

Type 2 Diabetes – Basic Facts

A carefully collected data shows that around 20 million residents of USA are suffering from diabetes. More than 95% of these are suffering from type 2 diabetes. The more alarming figure is that average age of diabetic patient has dropped from 52 years to 46 years when the current data is compared with the one collected in 1988.

Even worse news is that diabetes is not limited to only old aged people. Teenagers and even youngsters are also acquiring the disease. Further both genders have an equal tendency of acquiring this disease.

So the question may arise that how does this disease set in? The basic reason behind this is the dysfunction of pancreas. The disease arises when the insulin production by pancreas is impeded because of any reason. Occasionally the cells start to role abnormally and they become unable to use the provided insulin in the bloodstream. Insulin is the hormone that is required to convert glucose into energy.

Symptoms Of Diabetes Type 2

The most problematic thing in type 2 diabetes is there are not any obvious symptoms of the disease. The most common signs of diabetes however are

* Upsurge in urination
* Intensified thirst
* Appetite increase
* General exhaustion
* Slow healing of wounds
* Indistinct vision
* Erectile dysfunction in men
* Recurrent vaginal infection in women

If someone is experiencing any of the above mentioned symptoms it is better to consult doctor at its earliest.

Treatment of Diabetes Type 2

The most important step in treating diabetes is to lose weight. Most doctors are of the view that losing of added weights helps in the proper control of blood sugar level. This also decreases requiring diabetic medication. The best two methods of losing weight are

1. Exercising regularly
2. Following a proper diet menu

Exercise

Cardiovascular exercises and weight training help to trim down not only the waist but also blood sugar levels.

Diabetes Type 2 Menu

The most important nutrient the diabetic should consume is proteins. It helps to build the muscle and bone mass of the body. This further helps in generating energy as well. The healthiest proteins for diabetics are low fat milk, skinless turkey, soy food, nuts and legumes. Generally a person must accustom himself to eat more fruits and vegetables instead of preserved and canned foods.

In order to monitor the foods you eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner it is good to design a diabetes type II menu. The typical items that can be included in type II diabetes menu are potato salad, Spanish omelets, green salad, and shrimp, grilled chicken sandwich and fruit yogurt. These meals are not only healthy but also mouthwatering.

A most enjoyable way to start the day:
birdsong on a light, cool breeze
Sidra purring
delicious coffee &
reading recipes in a newly acquired cookbook.

Yup, not a mystery — my more usual practice. A cookbook. Specifically, Weight Watchers in 20 minutes.

As I know what I like, ingredients-wise, and what I don’t, I scanned the list, first. Anything with smoked salmon, cilantro, or scallops, for example, was immediately eliminated.

Since I’m not on the WeightWatchers points program, I’m on a high protein/low carb program, first I’d recalculate the carbs by subtracting the fiber carbs (good ones) from the carb count given. Anything with a huge (my view) carb count for one meal, got immediately eliminated.

Anything that required a food processor or a microwave got eliminated. The time saved using the food processor is blasted by the time it takes to clean them, in my opinion. Cooking with a microwave nearly always eliminates any nutritional value of the food.

Out of the 31 recipes in “Welcome the Morning,” I found six recipes that sound scrumptious and that I’m likely to make. There are 8 recipes in “It’s Noon … Time to Eat” that sound yummy. Two of which, especially so.

14 new recipes – a successful harvest.

Some of the recipe pages with reject recipes on both sides, I just tore out and tossed. Others, I just marked with a line through them.

Since the Chapter recipe list does not have page numbers, I marked my winners with their page numbers.

I think I’m going to use Tombo Correction Tape (white-out) over all the rejected recipe titles. That way, all I’ll see are my choices.

It’s likely that I’ll tear out the winners and add them to my favorite recipe binders for ease in meal planning.

float: left;
For today, it is enough to have identified my winning recipes in two chapters.

KT’s Chapter 1 Picks:
27 Denver Omelette
28 Provencal Vegetable Omelette
29 Potato and Green Pepper Frittata
30 Crab and Chive Frittata
36 Mixed Veggie Egg Foo Yong
42 Turkey, Potato, and Sage Patties

KT’s Chapter 2 Picks:
48 Bartlett Pear and Ham Salad
52 Santa Fe Roasted Chicken Salad
56 Asparagus-Shrimp Salad
60 Roast Beef and Watercress Sandwiches
64 Warm Caesar Chicken Sandwiches
66 Soy-Glazed Fresh Tuna Sandwiches
78 Kiebasa and Black Bean Soup
81 Corn and Crab Chowder
82 Tomato-Basil Soup

That may sound like a lot of work to you. To me, it was delightful and means I’ll actually use the recipes in the book more than if I didn’t go through this analytical process.

I do the same with recipes found in newspapers and magazines. There, though, my first concern is: how long will it take to make this? More than a half hour, and I’m happy to have such things prepared by a master chef in a restaurant, thank you very much!

“The history of diet plan dated from the moment that the first monkey evoluted to be a lady”. My confidant jessica always says so. Wow, you may get the point. Just as what she says, her “process of becoming beauty” turns out to be a long long road like the human being evolution history.
When we were sophomore, I had to catch her back to our dormitory from square, because this guy actually asked me such questions, “wil, why are there so much candy floating on ground? Are they sweety? Could I have them?”. Well, you couldn’t eat them until you became transformer. I told myself. What could I do? The only thing was to buy real candy and huge hamburgs feeding this extreme hungry girl having no food for three days!
Then the next time, I saved her life from endless jogging and aerobic training. After that, jessica experiences differential “keep-fit” programs, and I go through kinds of rescue stories.
The only result I get from jessica’s lession is that losing weight is really really hard, and beauty is cruel. I comfort myselt that it is not bad to be Ugly Betty, at least I could be safe and I am alive.
Yet one day, jessica turns up again, glamorously and brightly. No baby fat, no laziness, but body tight and healthy!
I even couldn’t believe my eyes. What have you met? A generous orthopedic surgeon?
She smiles mysteriously, and gives me the data. What is it? I read it with suspicion at first. Yet during the process of reading, I am really convinced of by Isabel De Rios. Yes, that is the truth of beauty—no harm for health, and be energetic.
Then I do some detailed study on The Diet Solution Program, Isabel De Rios’ theory. I find that two new viewpoints bright Diet Solution Program.
The first is that you are what you eat. Of course we eat everyday, and acquire energy from food. Yet maybe people don’t know that some food are good—nutritional for them; some food are bad—harmful for them. The Diet Solution Program tells people how to choose food, and what and when to eat.
The second is to free people’s nature, so they could design their own diet plans on different circumstances. It means that people will not obey strict rules, for example people could only have one apple a day, or the calories is less than 100. Otherwise the diet plan would be failed!
To be frank, I have never met such easy and useful the diet solution program. Only a few days later. I feel the whole body is full of energy, the fat disappears, even the pores on face is smaller.
What a magic program! You could read the ebook here , and another beautiful one for yourself.
