4.5 out of 5 stars

This program is great for those with any kind of dietary problems, ie: overweight, diabetes, blood pressure, etc. It has a fantastic search engine, with a number of searchs pre-programmed into it and the ability to create your own custom searchs effortlessly. You can search for low-fat, low-carb, low-sodium, or any combination of criteria you need for your particular situation.

The only reasons it didn't get a 5.0 are due to the fact it does so much that there is a bit of a learning curve. (not difficult mind you, just a lot to remember) It also has one feature that while good in theory, is pretty much useless in the everyday world. It allows you to keep track of the inventory on hand in your kitchen, but you have to have the time to input all of the information. Maybe when I've had more time with the program I'll be able to work that out, but right now it's on the bottom of the list of things to learn.

For the everyday, ordinary user, you just can't beat this software. I've had no problems with it at all. BUY IT!!! You'll be glad you did.

4.0 out of 5 stars
Feature packed!
Wow, there are so many things this program can do! We haven't used it to it's full potential yet but look forward to doing so. It's just what we've been looking for.

2.0 out of 5 stars
Maybe good... after you can register product
As stated in other reviews - registering the product is ridiculous. A license key is required (no surprise there), but it's supposed to be on your invoice.

3.0 out of 5 stars
very comprehensive
I find this program difficult to use. I had an old mastercook which was much easier. Living cookbook is easy to import new recipies.

4.0 out of 5 stars
This has a lotta stuff
This program does a lot of stuff, which is pretty impressive. I haven't figured out how to do it all yet, and will probably have to spend some time on the internet site.

5.0 out of 5 stars
Living Cookbook
I find it is easy to add recipies to the cookbook. The recipie scaler allows me to adjust large recipies down to 1 or 2 servings for myself.

5.0 out of 5 stars
Great product, registration not perfect
I just purchased this product after downloading a trial copy and I think it is fantastic, very easy to learn and offers tons of great features.

Great Software
This software is great. I would highly recommend it. It has met all my expectations. The tutorials make it easy to use.

4.0 out of 5 stars
A Great Way to Organize Recipe's
I am one of those people who clip recipes out of magazines and then don't do anything with them except put them in a pile.
